OVER 125 YEARS

of history in Rilly-la-Montagne in Champagne, France.

The Champagne Garnotel Maison was created by Mr. Louis Adam, my maternal great-grandfather, in 1899. The dream of his whole life was that his estate would stand the test of time and shine for future generations.

In his tribute and for the 125th anniversary of the Maison, we have created the brand "LE REVE BRILLANT" so that his spirit continues to illuminate and guide us over time.

SUSTAINABLE

In order to keep this history alive, we have chosen to cultivate our vines with the strictest respect for nature by obtaining the VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) and HVE 3 (High Environmental Value) certifications, which are the promise of virtuous viticulture integrating and developing biodiversity in the management of the farm as well as limiting as much as possible the intrans (phyto, fertilizers, energy...) for viticulture that is both autonomous and not very degrading for soil, water and air.

It is in this context that the current cuvées of the "LE REVE BRILLANT" range have been developed by listening to and respecting consumer expectations: a balanced Brut, a gourmet Rosé, a mineral and fine Blanc de Blancs, but also since 2022 a powerful and tense zero-dosage Blanc de Noirs.

RILLY LA MONTAGNE

Our Champagnes come from our beautiful vineyard located in Rilly la Montagne, a premier cru village nestled in the heart of the Montagne de Reims terroir. It should be noted that Rilly la Montagne is one of the oldest wine-growing villages in Champagne, previously called Risleius, as attested by the polyptych (multi-panel painting) of the monks of the Abbey of Saint Remy dating from the 850s and revealing the presence of two presses.
